Meet Steve

As a leading broker in Hancock and Washington Counties, it is my passion to make sure every transaction is handled with the utmost integrity and effort. I work very hard to stay on top of current market conditions and prices so that I can keep both my buyers and sellers up to date with the most accurate information. I am a local resident, was raised in Bar Harbor, and graduated from MDI High School so I have an incredible fondness for the Acadia Region.

I enjoy showing why everyone should experience the various aspects of this beautiful coastline along with our very own Acadia National Park and the Downeast area. I pride myself on making sure sellers are happy with the way I promote their property and for buyers, my ability to match them up with their perfect dream home. I listen carefully to my client's needs and do everything in my power to bring buyers and sellers together for a mutually satisfying real estate experience.

My wife, Brenda, and I recently made the decision to merge our very successful company, Acadia Realty Group, with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Masiello Group's team with over 30 offices in New England. The resources they provide will only expand our offerings and exposure online to help both buyers and sellers find what they are looking for.

Steve was the recipient of the Emerald Elite and Founders Club awards this past month at the yearly Masiello Group Meeting in Portland Maine. The awards are for #1 in sales volume for the entire Better Homes and Gardens Masiello Group with over 500 agents and also as the position of #8 in the country for sales volume out of the entire Better Homes and Gardens brand over 11,000 agents. Quite an accomplishment considering the metropolitan areas New England has to compete with Nationwide.
